Pause & Thread was born from a simple idea: in our busy, fast-paced lives, the simple act of creating with our hands has the power to ground us. What started as a personal journey into the calming world of embroidery during the pandemic quickly grew into a passion for sharing that peace with others.

I saw a need for a creative outlet that was more than just a craft—it was a form of self-care. My mission is to provide a complete, mindful experience in a box. Each kit is thoughtfully curated with premium materials, from the soft linen fabric and high-quality threads to our unique, realist designs that celebrate the beauty of the natural world.

My brand, Pause & Thread, reflects this core belief. I believe in the importance of taking a "pause" from the digital noise and daily pressures. We believe in the simple, meditative rhythm of pulling a "thread" through fabric. For me, embroidery is a practice in mindfulness, a way to stay in the moment and create a small sanctuary of calm for yourself.

The Process
Each piece is handcrafted with care using various techniques, but embroidery is always present. After we discuss your vision and confirm it aligns with my style, I’ll provide a project timeline.

Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to secure your spot and begin the design process. Because of the use of embroidery, expect your commission to start at floor price of $140. That budget will increase depending on the complexity and time required to stitch the art and urgency.

Design & Mockups
I will provide a conceptual mockup to help you visualize the layout. Please note this is a design guide, not a realistic preview of the final, textured embroidery.

Artistic Freedom
I love collaborating! To ensure the highest quality, I prioritize artistic freedom—especially for detailed techniques like needlepainting. I will always aim to capture your vision while ensuring the piece meets my own standards.
